Why W3C Standards?

Whether it’s been years since you’ve upgraded your site, or even if you’ve recently had a revamp, it’s very possible that your website currently suffers from a number of major flaws - the main being the way your website is coded. The code to you and your visitors may be seemingly invisible and unimportant, but to ignore this important aspect of your site could very well drag you down the search engine rankings - slowly but surely.

Many websites are cluttered with HTML code and built using tables, and although browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) may display it correctly, behind the scenes it's full of critical errors - errors that could have a very detrimental effect on your site's ability to be properly viewed by the search engines.

We pay particular attention to this detail, making sure your site is properly constructed from the ground up. From this construction method, your website will blossom across major search engines and begin being found. Our skill in simplicity, usability and clearness of information ensures thorough indexing by search engine spiders.

As web developers, we have a duty - a responsibility - to deliver products that work for everyone, regardless of platform, browser or hardware.

When your website is coded properly, your website is accessible without worrying about errors occuring client-side, or being overlooked by search engines.

With that in mind, a year ago RejuviNET adopted the standards specified by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in order to make our products (and *your* projects) accessible by the largest audience possible.

With the Internet now accessible from PDA's, Mobile Phones, Smart Phones, and even some domestic appliances, this decision makes complete sense - and we are working to ensure ALL of our developments are accessible from these devices along with standard computer access.

In addition to adhering to W3C compliance, totally CSS construction (no tables) means improved search engine optimisation, faster loading pages, and smaller bandwidth requirements. These standards allow for greater compatibility between web browsers, access to a far larger online audience, and guaranteed "forward compatibility" with emerging XML technologies and strategies.

In short - it's a no-brainer.
