General sequence of events:
Order is placed and deposit confirmed;
Initial design mock-up submitted for approval (usually within 5 days or less);
Online demonstration site created on our servers for real-time updates on progress;
Revisions and additions made during development stage, based on input from client (client has opportunity to start putting in content during this time, if desired);
Upon satisfactory completion, balance payment is made and all files (including revisions and database content/information) is transferred to client's servers once balance has been confirmed.
IMPORTANT --- MUST READ
Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case that work has not yet begun on the project.
* Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, RejuviNET retains all rights to the work completed and have full rights including posting it on our portfolio, using comments/emails as testimonials, etc. Partial refunds will only be given for just cause during the work progress (refunds do not apply after a minimum of 50% of the work is complete).
